Does the starter crank the engine but it won't start? If so, does the fuel pump prime? Is there spark at all four plugs?

Listen for whether the fuel pump primes when the key is turned to ON(II).

Click the spark link in my signature.

Basically you turn the key the key to number 2 and listen for a click noise under the glove box area.

I don't understand typically body shops repair cars like engine problems, rad problems, etc, they don't have a mechanic on site?

Most of the body shops tht i have worked in, dont usually have mechanic on hand. They usually send the car off to a mechanic shop afterward.

What car?

Do your mechanics need help with the troubleshooting or do you plan to do the work?
