converting from auto to 5 spd. my 5spd parts car the front toruque mount was ripped. the original auto one is still good. any differences in the mounts?

Don't believe there is any difference in the Torque Arm front engine mount. the rear engine mounts are different between AT's and Manuals.Which you probably already know.

Is this mount going in the 95 Wagon? As the 94 and up don't use the Torque Arms they in my opinion use a better mount than those torque arms.

94 & 96's use the same front engine mount they just don't use those Dog Bone style Torque Arms. Should be no problems. Good luck to you and your build, I have been following your build thread as I drive a 4th gen wagon.
