its a 5 speed, everytime i press the clutch and let off the gas my rpms jump very slightly and itll stay at that rpm for a bit, ive cleaned out the intake manifold a few times and that helped a little with the problem but its still there.
any suggestions?

 

Your throttle isn't sticking. Accords have heavy flywheels.

 

so every accord does this? 98-02?
