valve cover HELP!!!!!!

Icon6 valve cover HELP!!!!!!

i over tight the left back bolt for my d16 n the bolt broke what should i do??? could i retread the hole r is my block ****ed???? plz HELP!!!!!

pull off the valve cover. you should be able to easily take out whats left of the bolt as there will be no tension on the threads.

its broken off half way in the hole

I would pay for them to do it. It could take a while depending on location of the broken bolt and if you mess it up, might lead into bigger problem

Reversable drill bit...pb blaster....if u get it right, the bolt will back itself out

take a small flat head screw driver that will fit down in there and try to back it out.

Extractor drill bits will pull it out.... Get a drill bit that will neatly drill a hole into the top of the broken bolt without threading too wide, get the extractor that fits into the hole, and itll pull it right out.

welll i got it rigged n the cover is been held down by the other four bolts it seems to be workin fine goes into vtec to so i guess i a save up n go to a B

Are you trying to say that you somehow have the bolts from the cover going down to the block? What the hell is going on?

lol no i didnt say that. I tighten the other four bolts for the cover a lil harder than u should n i plugged up the hole for the bolt that had got broken
