Default S2000 Newb 606WHP

This past winter I scraped my civic drag car (the idea) and decided to pick up an S2000.

Found one with no motor, and picked it up. I am having a f22 block built at ERL right now (with an f20 crank).

Just to get it running my friend had a block that had dropped a valve and marked up the sleeve and destroyed a piston (f20C). I had a couple F22 pistons laying around and just replaced the real bad hole. and slammed this thing together in 3 days.

It took 30psi to get to 606whp. (dynojet) the Compression numbers are 180,140,155,155. and I am at 98% duty
No blowbye, no Smoke...

Thanks Chris, and Chris for the last min pieces. and all the goonies that helped me get thing together before prp (that got rained out)
Either way a cage is going in and its going to MIR Aug 6-7

I should be going to the track on thursday to see what it can do
Rundown.

lol damn... run what you brung right? nice hahahaha

So you're running F20 crank/rods with F22 pistons in addition to a 3mm headgasket (the head spacer) ? damn that's something like 8:1 compression isn't it? lol

Nope just one f22 piston. With mad marks in the walls.

Negative. I saw him driving the car today. Still the original factory drivetrain in the car.

Not at all, It sat over winter. he kicked around building a FWD. went the the track went 10.4X sideways down the whole track. Sold me most of his stuff. Now his car is close to stock He is selling it.

I will be coming out hard tonight if I blow **** up. Then I blow **** up.

I turned it up to 35psi and it really wouldent make any more power and I started to blow the dipstick out so i ditched the PCV valve and put a catchcan on it.

So I turned the boost back to 25PSI.....

I am 100% cageless at this point so tonight will be the deciding factor for MIR I guess (at least on this setup).

Worst case I can always throw the civic together with this 67mm for MIR.

I hooked it up. I can get it to kind of work i think. There are PID settings that I need to either guess and check, or find someone that already has them.

The thing that stucks is that manifold will not make any less then 19psi with my 7psi wastegate.

Had a huge boost leak tonight. It was a failure tonight!

Possibly from day 1. Gotta hit the dyno again
