just thought i would share some recent body work i had done. i had rust bubbling above the left quarter panel about the size of a baseball and had a hole in the roof on the passenger side next to the sunroof. so after talking to the body guys at the ford dealer i work at and 75 bucks later i got this....

actually just found a before picture that was taken about a year ago. the rust bubble was double that size before the repair.

also still deciding on a new color for my car it is ebp but im thinking ford tuxedo black....

 

how did you repair? grind and filler?

 

Cut out the old metal shaped new metal bondo and smoothed it

 

was the shaping the new metal hard to do i think i need to get a welder

 

I had a guy in the body shop of the dealership i work at do it im sure it was easy for him
