Im thinking about about going turbo. Im putting an ex motor into my hx shell.. I still have the hx tranny but would i be better getting a full ex swap or is the hx tranny better for a turbo since it has longer gear ratios?

 

If you're going to swap might as well swap in a B-series and boost that.
Long gear ratios SUCK for boost.

and ur title thread makes no sense EK swap into HX what that means B16B1 swap into a civic HX

 

I already have an ls integra im putting some work into. I just want this to be a small budget project. plus I would like to see how much power I can get out of a single cam. seen some quick ones.

 

If you're not building the engine then not much power. You'll be quicker certainly but you STILL won't have any torque.

 

B16B1's are out of 95 and under integra's.
