Default k20a Engine Help for Track Race use only!!

Hello, I am new to this Forum and New to the K20a engine Please can you guys help me on a complete list of Race parts to Build a Complete Engine...

My rule book says:

Spoon Cams: IN14111-F20-G00, EX14121-F20-G00.
11.5:1cr
70mmTB size at the butterfly
98 fuel Octane max
8,400RPM limit
2,022cc max
All other parts are free to use...

Please will Be nice to hear alot of comments.

port and polish the head
get rrc or rpc manifold
get intake header and exhaust

i could make 240 hp with a k20 arrrrrrr engine no problem with that rule set!
