1987 accord lxi 2.0l 5spd. idk what this is.

I have a question. Idk wat this is. But I bought it
and it has tinfoil over it. When car running it pushes
air out. That tube is a inch long and crimped. But not well.
what is it? What does it do? Im sure a car isent supposed to
have tinny over anything on the engien area lol.

It's Honda's Tinfoil Air Respirator. The purpose is to blow air through the tinfoil under certain conditions. It's exclusive to the 87 Accord LXi model.
