I need a b18c type r longblock, I can't find one from a reputable dealer that I know of. I can't afford one with all the complete swap stuff for it. So I am thinking just buy the long block and put it on my current tranny. But if anyone can point me to a website that has one that is a reputable website or someone that is selling one it would be really nice.

my buddy has a c5 long block with turbo pistons blockguard etc even the c5 head i think he wants 1500 for it pm me if interested and i can give you his number

Nah no thanks, I don't need anything that is built for turbos. I just need something that is pretty reliable and I can have a lot of fun in and my budget is right around the JDM GSR and Type R swap. I can only get a Type R longblock without the transmission or a GSR swap with everything.
