I cant figure out how to put it back on!! the intake has an extra box, i looked at a picture and it looks like theres a box that goes on top of the intake manifold/throttle body.....but the box that came with my intake seems kind of long and the box is in a really odd position to fit, iam very confused, can anyone help?

my bad, its a 96 civic ex non vtech....

 

its the d16 motor....

 

All EXs were VTEC (afair). What engine? D16Y7 or D16Y8?

You're not helping unless you post pics. I gave you a link that has a diagram of what I think you need to be running but I can only guess unless you can tell us what engine is on your car or provide pictures of the engine and intake.
