The car is a 1989 honda civic sedan the engine is stock I put in a new fuel filter, starter, alternator and main relay.when I'm at a stop and I wanna go the rpms r very high and the car starts to move but very slow and no its not my driving I know how to drive :-) ....idk if its the clutch or fuel pump or something else :/
From what I can gather, I assume you have a manual transmission. With that being said, it sounds like your clutch is on it's way out. If it was fuel related your engine wouldn't be able to rev up due to fuel shortage.
