Default Brake Check valve question.

I got a hatch that has upgraded brakes and brake booster(from an integra). The Check valve is bad and I have a brake booster line from another car. Can I eliminate the check valve and run the other vacuum line?

Why don't you just get a working check valve? It's there for a reason.

without the check valve the booster will not work correctly. it is what assist the booster to work when u let off the gas and the engine goes to vacuum. it helps pull the pedal down and assist u to brake .
