question about racing a 2009 stock civic
If you are not making any changes to the car between rounds then you need to work on your driving style.
Once you get to the point where you do the same exact thing on every run the car will put down consistent numbers.(if you make no changes to the car)
If the conditions stay the same, which never happens, so you need to adjust with the conditions, you need to get to know your car and what it will do.
Which is not as easy as it sounds, good luck.

If the car is gonna be stock. It all depends on driver skill at this point. It dont matter what ppl have done or how much power they have, If they cant drive they're gonna lose. Anyone can put $5000 in a car and make it super fast. But if they cant get off the line that money is wasted. Skill beats power every time. (to a certain point)
