GA FS/FT:1993 Toyota MR2 Turbo- Clean Title- $8000

- Most parts came from Lithia Toyota in Oregon. They have great prices and they are pretty reliable. I got anything that Lithia didn't have from Josh at Chico Raceworks which is an mr2 specialty shop in California. All my labor was either done by Toyota or by Nate. Nate worked at CRW for years and luckily he moved to Georgia. He works almost exclusively on mr2's so I trust him more than anyone else with my car.
-The exhaust is free flowing. It gets pretty loud so you won't be sneaking up on anyone. I may weld in a high flow cat before selling to quiet it down. Emissions are good for 8 months regardless
- The radio is replaced by a carbon fiber panel and the boost gauge and the cruise control has been deleted. Both are fully functional and are included with the sale.
- '93 was the year they revised the suspension so there isn't the "snap oversteer" problem that comes with previous models.
- I've been getting 26 mpg because I'm pretty easy on the gas. When I get on it, I get about 19.
- Accident free Carfax/ Autocheck. The only flag is that a previous owner mistakenly wrote that the odometer had exceeded it's mechanical limits. This generally only applies to 5 digit odometers. The mr2 has 6 digits. Obviously it was a mistake. Otherwise the mr2 would have to have over 1,000,000 miles.
- Trades: Something cheap and reliable plus cash. Something like a little Corolla or Subie that I can guiltlessly drive in the snow.
