95 b18c1 dies on 4th, 5th gear pulls

Sup, I have a 95 eg with USDM b18c1 swap, runs great on long pulls 1st-3rd, then once I get into 4th gear around 6k it dies out feels like fuel starvation, has no CEL codes. What could this be?

thats just the gearing and low torque factor

How long has it been doing this? And what intake manifold/ECU/injectors are you running?
