Default Walbro model question

My brother just put a walbro gss341 in his 94 hatch, ive been told now that the common one is a gss342 to put into his car and that the gss341 is for a 88-91 civic... Just wondering if this makes a difference or not and will he be fine with the 341 or should he bring it back for the 342 before he tries starting it.. Also what is the difference between the 2 just so i know for future reference

Default Re: Walbro model question

what i read is the 341 is for ef/da, and 342 is eg/dc. so he will need the 342. The sock and the way they sit in the tank is different i believe.
