Looking for a pair of 4x100mm rims with decent tires on them. between 13-17in. Could possibly work something out.

I have a set of 4 13" steelies but all the tires are shot, also have a 13" spare too with a good tire. You can have them all for free picked up, if not they are going to the scrapper... I live near Fairmont, WV
