Bad fuel pressure reg. If pressure drop to zero when engine off
I have a aem fuel pressure reg. When my car is turn off my fuel pressure drop stright to zero. Does this mean my reg. Is bad? I've seen on other cars and The pressure hold at their set pressure or drop a little while their engine is turn off. Let me know if this is a bad reg. If so I may need to purchase a rebuilt kit from aem. Thanks
Where is the fuel gauge set up at before the regulator if so then i'll be checking the fuel pump it could be bleeding off. If after the regulator it can be the regulator or the pump. I've seen more pumps bad than regulators.
It fall to zero right away when key off. The gauge is before the reg. If I remember right my b&m didn't do this.

It could be a a fuel leak chexk your injector seals and all the lines or put a vacume gauge on the line. Then test. Dont just swap parts fool
Hey I have a b&m gauge mounted right at the filter, on the line going to the fuel rail and it holds pressure for a few hours before dropping to zero ... I guess this is normal since I dont have any fuel leaks, etc.
