Icon3 Remove piston sleeve

hi american people

I'm renovating brake rear calipers of my civic (88-91).

But I can not remove piston sleeve (look attach picture). Do you have the solution?

I need to remove the piston sleeve to fully clean the caliper and remove the cam (parking brake)

Have you understood my Frenglish? lol

cordially

Thread an insert in the threaded hole for the brake line. Use compressed air to push it out. If it is very seized then use some penetrating oil around the piston and let it set overnight. Then use compressed air again.
