>.< Tips on maintaining a cheap paint job.
Yeah, so I bought my Teg about 3 weeks ago. When i picked it up the paint job looked pretty good, pretty mint. Soon to find out rocks were chipping at it pretty easily, so I asked dude if it was a cheap paint job and he said he put $1,000 into it but I figured out he only paid like $350 for it..
So I was curious if you guy's had any tips on maintaining it.
I already took a touch up pen to it, then hand washed it and waxed it with Full Synthetic ICE wax. I also was doing some research and saw something about a protective sealant of some sort, anyone had any experience with that?

IMO, there's no sense in trying to preserve a poor paint job. If its bearable, drive it until its trashed. In the meantime, do some research on auto body and paint, maybe gather up some tools. Have some fun with it. The money spent in wax and detailing supplies over a few years would probably pay for alot of the supplies needed to tackle it the right way.
