Sounds a lot like an ignitor going bad or loose grounds.

Yeah I checked my spark plugs and they were drenched in oil and so I was replacing the spark plug tube seals and managed to over torque one of the bolts holding the valve cover on a broke it off.. now I have to wait for a bolt to come in to see if that was the problem or not.. now would I need to get a obd0 ignitor? Or would one off of an 95 del sol work?

The ignitor itself isn't OBD specific but it would have to fit and wire up properly into the distributor.
I personally don't know if they are interchangeable between the two.
What I find on the internet suggests even a D15 or D16 ignitor can be used in the B distributor.

I had similar electrical problems. They all went away when I moved a kinda stripped valve cover ground from the valve cover to the engine.

Ill check that too I am focusing on getting that broken bolt fixed first. Then I will clean up my grounds and I found a manual for the motor so I will test the ignitor. Any clue where I could order one from I was checking out autozone and you have to buy the whole dizzy to get one
