Default Another obd1 conversion question

Here is everything I have...

obd1 dizzy
p28 ecu
4 wire o2 sensor
obd1 injecctors
a full obd1 non vtec harness
and a full dpfi harness
I am using a z6 head and intake mani (mini me)

what clips will i need from this obd1 harness for my dpfi harness
I would rather convert to mpfi and obd1 at the same time if possible.

Could someone enlighten me on using obd1 injectors over obd0's and a resistor box

I also understand I will need the male arness plugs from an obd1 car and the female plugs from an obd0 ecu?

Im sorry if this seems like a pointless thread, but all of the threads in FAQ didnt go into detail on alot of things.

If you have a set of 4 obd0 injectors, and decide to use them then you will need a resistor box. If you use 92+ injectors then you need to eliminate the resistor box.

The only clips you need from the obd1 harness are:
- Distributor plugs
- 4 wire o2 sensor
- injectors plugs
- block off plug from the driver shock tower plug (optional, or you can solder all the injector power wires to the power wire off the driver shock tower)

Other than that the rest of the harness is unneeded, you can swap in all the obd1 gray plugs onto the new harness (sensor plugs only). But this is more for personal preference.

Do you need the injector plugs from an obd1 if your keeping the obd0 injectors and resistor box? I was also kind of wondering the same things as the OP. The cam in my a6 head broke in half so I figured I'd just do the mini me swap on her and get her back on the road.

you dont need to change the injector plugs. you only need obd1 conversion harness . Check out vtecfrog.com the only other 2 things you need is a obd1 dizzy and obd1 ecu. your set plug and play hook up your extra wires for your 4 wire o2 and drive !!!!! unless your going vtec, then there is a few more wires you will need.
