Default rebuilt motor and camshaft oil seal leaking

I got a oil leak behind my intake cam gear and it's leaking pretty bad. I'm suspecting its my camshaft oil seal.
before I replace it does anyone know the proper way of installing it?
i've searched around and herd that it still leaks with and without hondabond/gasket sealant.
