Ok- Had the mini-me swap done- z6 head onto a dx block. Got a P28 ecu that was meant for an auto trans, thinking I could just do the conversion. Plugged it in today to see how the car runs (as opposed to the P06 ecu, which makes it run funny, and no tach function)- but it wouldn't start. Put the P06 back in, started right up, but no love with the P28.
Is the ecu bad, or do I try the auto----->manual conversion (pulling the auto transistors as well) and try it again?
