Default Wiring Harness Question

As the title says I have a question about a wire harness,
first I feel that i should explain About a year ago I swapped car with my brother and noticed there was no dash/climate control lights of any kind first I checked the fuses, then I checked the bulbs and finally I replace the dimmer switch as soon as I replaced the dimmer switch in I popped the fuse i replaced it with 1 step up 7.5a to a 10a smoke started coming out of the new dimmer so I figured I screwed it up not a big deal , I have since bought another one but didn't want to replace it and screw it up again decided to check the wiring out and found a mess so I decided to rewire the aftermarket radio after removing the wire harness from car and soldering the wires together and taping them off in a nice little package went to hook everything up and noticed a plug that has no place to be plugged in, would like to know if anyone has a pic showing where to plug it in to or telling me where to look. far bottom small blue connector

What a mess! Looks like you're off to a good start.

What vicinity did that last pic come from, and what are the wire colors going into the circled connector?

What's the MMY (make, model, year) of the car?

LOL, only reason I know is I just picked up the plug at the local PicknPull, I was testing the wires to see which ones I needed to use as a nitrous on/off switch, 94
