Need electrical help on my 94 prelude!!

My prelude's wiring is messed up
When turning on the lights instead of the lights turning on the windshield wipers work instead

trace the harness coming from your stocks (the arms for the lights and wipers) and see if they are swapped. I'm not sure if they are the same plugs or not on a 4th, but it's a start.
