i have a 93 del sol and had a idea for exhaust system. i was gunna run 2.25 from header back and put my fartcan in the tunnel with a turn down off of that. i know it will be a lil loud but not as loud as a str8 pipe with turn down. What do u guys think about this set up? any pics would be nice or have any of you guys tried this? James ITS JUST A thought.

 

this has been done plenty of times before you........................................ cars have been around for a while now not a new idea. but good for your discovery go for it. you can also bypass the fart can and use the straight pipe alone with turn down no muffler needed

 

i know its not a new thing for exhaust but didnt know if anyone had it done to a honda that wasnt boosted. If i did no fart can i would have no backpressure. fart can would give some back pressure and reduce some noise.

 

this has been used countless times in muscle cars... i know a couple people running this setup here my friend jimmy runs it on his Boosted teg has one pipe coming of the manifold to the front bumper and than stock exhaust its duable with non turbo cars just have to have a good fabricator
