Icon2 Zc to d16z6 swap

Q: I have a zc single cam zc non v, but wanna swap to d16z6,.does anything need to be changed, ecu, wiring, anything.ect.? Or would it just swap like that?

You need a P28 ECU or a vtec converted P06 if you want to run OBD1. This would require the jumper harness for the ECU and the distributor converter plugs. 4 wire O2 also. Staying OBD0 requires an RPM activated switch hooked up to engage vtec. MSD made something like that.
