Radiator Fan Not Working

In my 94 accord ex, my left radiator fan isn't working ... should I replace the whole fan itself, or the fan motor on the right 1 ...

Left fan only comes on with the air conditioning.

im pretty sure theres two temp sensors on these. look into that maybe one of them went bad but im not sure don't quote me.
