So I recently bought a used Avic D3. It has some wear in the lower right hand corner of the tough screen. I've attached some screenshots detailing the wear. The seller claims it works fine, and the rest of the unit is in great condition.

Does anybody have any experience in replacing the film? I can replace the screen, but I would much rather not.. Here are pics.





The screen's part number is
CSX1136

Only 50 bucks, but I'd much prefer to avoid this if possible.

 

Change the screen, There is no other way of fixing that.
