deleting a/c need help with belt
went to autozone to try and get a belt for the alternator and they dont have one listed for my car without ac. the car is a 94 honda prelude vtec h22.

Just measure the distance with a string or old cut piece of belt, then you will have the length you need. The guys at the parts store can get you the right belt from there....I have done this many times and it always works out
figured it out. couldn't find any string which is why i was asking. just cut the old ac/alt belt with scissors and used that to measure. ended up using a 37 ninch 6 rib. 36 inch would have probably worked also though. people at the autoparts store were retarded and didnt know how to pick out a 37 inch so just tell them 370 and make sure they get you one that has 6 ribs
^^ I got mine from advance too. (cuz I work there) We had a listing for an H22 w/out A/C but it was longer than the one with A/C. I just took a couple and found one that fit.
