Percy's exhaust gasket H22 question

Percy's exhaust gasket H22 question
I ordered a Percy's 66015 exhaust gasket for my H22.
I just took it out and compared it to my header and half of the bolt holes don't line up at all.
Any body here every use Percy's exhaust gaskets and if so did I get the wrong one?
It specifically says for Honda H series engines.

Oh, I should probably mention I have an H22A in a 96 accord.
