Icon6 ECT Sensor

When is it time to change my ect sensor ... The last couple wks my car will start strong when kinda die down then won't start til I roll start it ... The ignition switch, main relay, fuel pump, and starter are new ... Thinking it could be the ect sensor ... Appreciate any feedback ...

that (engine coolant temperature sensor) should not cause the no-start condition

the ect is mainly for the car to go into "closed loop" mode and for operating one of the cooling fans
