What's The Difference Between F22A & a. F22B? & Can I Put A F22B In A 1995 Honda Accord LX?

Of course you can swap the engines around. It's done quite a bit.
FYI, the 95 Accords already have F22b1's and F22b2's in them. The LX has the F22b2.
Google or using the site search function will give you plenty of info concerning the differences between the F-series engines.
