driving at high revs in type r all the time

Hi guys just bought a stock type r ep3, and was wondering if i vtec all the time is it bad for the engine or are they made to run at high rpm all the time, obviously wont get many mpg, but will it wreck the engine.

why do you need a car video i have no way of vidoeing it for a few days but i can sort it soon

Ya it'll be fine, enjoy your car. Just be smart about it. Don't abuse your car. If you have to ask what abusing it means....well then you probably shouldn't drive it ***** to the wall.
