Someone tell me what starter this is from...
because it won't fit. I asked for a GSR starter and this is a GSR tranny, however the solenoid wants to be where the tranny case is.... Is this from a DX or something?

dunno where that is from...
however when i had to get my starter replaced on my stock motor (d16z6), and brought in the older one.
the guys at checker AND autozone came back with a different looking starter for my car (since i had the one with me)...
after then, i guess checker pulled one from the back of the shelf for our car and got me a Mitsumi one and looked the same
just bring in your old one and compare and talk with the guys
however when i had to get my starter replaced on my stock motor (d16z6), and brought in the older one.

hehe problem is i bought this like 2 months ago from the salvage yard in NE that sold me my longblock, finally i checked to see if it fit, doh....
