Default Hi I'm New. Meet My Integra "Onyx"

Biggest issues atm with new h22 swap.

#1 - anyone know how or much it would cost for me to get ac/power steering back lol?
#2 - all around car is dropped... a lot of rattling from left suspension while going flooring but not consistent? probably need new suspension all around?

At this moment:
1995 Acura Integra GSR w/ ITR Conversion 105k body miles
H22 OBD1 w/ LSD Tranny 57k miles

Saving up for:
Trying to get power steering and ac...
Upholstery the leather seats to suede...
Powder coating break calipers *red*...
Powder coating rims bronze/gold...
Painting Lip and Wing white...

^^^ lol

Enough people are taking their PS and AC out that you should be able to pick one up off the classifieds pretty easily. There's also a guy here doing weight reduction and you could pm him to see if he still has that stuff.

Not sure what goes into installing AC components, though... Also not sure if there are clearance issues with the H22.

Rattling as in the whole car shakes? What motor mounts are you using? Or shaking upon acceleration? Deceleration? could be a bad axle to almost anything without being specific.

more like a rattling but not the whole car just mainly the driver side. i just ordered a full ksport coilover kit. should be installed in two weeks. ill keep this posted. if that resolves the issue.

Really like the exterior. A few things I would have done different interior wise, but to each his own.

well the car used to have red recaro seats... but it was short lived.

i am going custom suede over my gsr leather seats... which cost bout $800 bucks for front and back seats.
*that includes new foam and springs* not a bad deal i thought :D

i like the red carpet. kinda like a type R lol.

Just buy ITR seats instead. Front and back will cost you about that much and you can sell the stock ones and recoup some $$$. H22's make power just be sure you go aftermarket mounts.

You mean painting the brake calipers right? Not the actual pad. You can buy brake pads that come in red. EBC

looks nice i like the h-duece in there it looks good looks from the pic you should have room for ps at least. as far as the rattlng make sure you check all bushings could be axle possibly put the front end on some jack stands and let the wheels roll you may need a friend to help. see if it makes the noise then so you can pinpoint your problem.

New 15" or 16" rims and OEM cluster would be nice without the pods. Besides these parts, it's a clean car.

Make sure when you install the K-Sports, you preload some tension on the springs. I did not do this during my first install. When I drove the car it rebounded and scraped like ***. Once Ipreloaded the springs by about 3/4", then used the ride height adjustment, the car drove like money!

Good luck. The car looks pretty good. (I just dont know about indiglo gauges, that's so 90's )
