just came up with this stupid thought...
if the belts are on the left side of a honda engine (drivers side) wouldnt something like a crank pulley bolt eventually unthread itself or is it reverse threaded? (stupid question i know but just wondering)

To tighten the crank pulley bolt you turn it clockwise. The motor spins counterclockwise. Torque things to spec and you won't have a problem.
