Sour Deal with JDM Speedworx aka Spoon*EK9
So I ordered a set of Spoon Sports Full-Spec Coilovers from him and his company about a year and six months ago. His contact over the last 6 months has dwindled to basically nothing. When I asked for proof that my coilovers had been ordered when he said they were, and they were being held in customs, He went silent.
I am posting this to bring it to the boards attention. This situation has gone on for way too long and I feel like I have been scammed out of my money. $2750 to be exact.
I am simply asking for proof that my stuff was ordered now, and he can't even get me that? Strange huh?

So I have talked to a few people that have imported containers before. All say the same thing. They have their containers released in days, this has had me all wondering. So I went online and did a little research.

I called the number. I asked him one basic question. "How long will customs hold a container before they decide to release it?"
His basic reply.
"Customs doesn't have a limit on how long they will/can hold your stuff. They will hold it until they are satisfied." He told me to call the broker for more information. Unfortunately I do not have Greg's brokers name or contact information so my hands are a little tied.
I'll see if I can do a little more research tonight and see if I can find out who his broker is without him telling us/me. I am most likely going to choose from a list of brokers and shoot them a couple questions while we wait on Greg.
