No start after MPFI swap, code 15/20, good spark and fuel, cranks

No start after MPFI swap, code 15/20, good spark and fuel, cranks
alrighty so i'm attempting this mpfi swap on my 89 DX
a6 dizzy, a6 intake manifold, prelude resisitor box (couldn't find a civic one)
i'm getting spark at allllll cylinders. pulled a spark plug out and grounded it while someone turned the key. good there.
i've definitely got fuel. main relay is good.
was giving me code 15 and 20 (15 short blinks, pause, 20 short blinks)
car does in fact crank...
going to swap out ignition coil for another one and try again. any ideas here?????
