fiberglass+urethene?
Sorry man, but its impossible. Bondo or fiberglass compounds will not adhere to urethane. On an off topic, they do make fiberthane kits now, I've seen one for the 240sx, but your gonna pay...Front bumper is 900$
fiberglass= will crack easy more worse if ur car is drop.
urethene= will not crack. you can kick it it wont even crack.

My friend fixed up my OEM rear bumper off my 98 Integra which had 2 holes in it and a big *** scratch. He used fiberglass to repair it and it came out smooth as hell. He got the bumper painted and so far no problems. It's only been 3 weeks though, so I don't know if it will crack or not. I doubt it cause it's the rear bumper and hardly ever moves. If it's the front bumper, that might be a different story. But I know for a fact that you can repair urethane with fiberglass. He told me that fiberglass is more flexible than Bondo so try that.
well i heard that the fiberglass WILL crack. johnny was going to fixed one of his cracked urethane sideskirts with fiber glass but decided not to b/c he heard that alot of ppl who did fix their stuff that way had it crack
A guy I know who ownes a CRX has a WW RS Kit on there. He hit a tree at like 60KMPH and his whole front of his car was demolished. He bent back the metal and removed the RS front bumper. No sooner than it hit the ground it popped back into normal shape. Urathane is stong. Fiberglass is only good for a few years at best. Especially if you are using it in a climate where it has climate contrasts.
