Default coolant in my oil

just swapped in a used motor into my 98 accord (jdm f23a) and i am getting coolant in my oil. just wondering how many ways there are for this to happen. is it just through the head gasket?

Cracked head is the alternative....

Oil in the coolant will make smoke billow very think smoke out of the exhaust.

And when you remove the oil cap from the engine it should look like the Chocolate Frosty drink from Wendy's or a frapachino from Starbucks.
