D15b2 TPS replacement
Hello,
New to the board. I figured this more than likely has already been asked.
Has anyone replaced their TPS on a D15b2? I'm looking to swap mine out since I have a CEL code 7. I'm looking for a write specifically on how to swap out to another TPS not the complete TB. I'd hate to buy min on eBay to find out that it's also defective (used). I'm not looking to swap out the engine anytime soon, I purchased this civic as a daily beater.
BTW since i'm new I can't post a WTB thread for a complete TB in the locals. Figured this might be a good alternative to repairing the issue.

You'll need this:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...EOIBSA:CA:1123
Then just use a chisel to put a slot on each of the studs holding the tps on. Then use a flat blade screwdriver to remove it. Replace in the EXACT same position. Make sure to remove the battery lead first as your ecu will have to retrain itself to the new TPS.
