I have a 90 accord ex 4 door. I can not open the driver's door from the inside nor outside. The power door lock switch has also stopped working on both front doors. By looking in the crack between the door and the window I can see that all the rods are connected. What else can I do to get this door open without destroying anything?
Did the power door locks stop working at the same time the door stopped opening? If so the lock solenoid probly has the door in the locked position. If this is the case, first I would check the fuses under the hood. If all are good operate the power door lock switch and listen for the relay to click. If no click is heard it could be a bad relay.

You're going to have to bend the panel and hope for the best.
I've removed dozens of door panels this way and the only ones that ever seem to break are older Land Rover Discovery IIs, E30 BMWs, 94-older Isuzu Rodeos, and old school Mercedes E-Class.
Honda panels will usually bend a little bit, but bend back once the door panel goes back on. Front panels won't come off all the way because of the dash board, but rear panels can come off all the way.
