Oil
It's up to you. I have 109k and still use regular ol' (honda) 5w-20.
Edit: I was mistaken. After being in the garage today, I noticed that the last oil I used was Castrol GTX 5w-20. Normally I would use the HG stuff. I must have run out before I did my last oil change.

I think it might depend on how well you have maintained your car in the past. If you didn't maintain your car very well in the past, then you might use the high mileage oil. I have always done oil and oil filter changes every 3,000 and mu car runs perfectly, so i still use 0W-20. So if your car runs perfectly, then why would you change which oil you use, you know?
My car has 175,000 km's on it, and i just use regular 5w or 10w-20.
I dont consume much oil at all either, a quart every 2 tanks of gas(1200 km's) on average, which apparently meets honda's standards lol

Thats a lot of oil consumption, in my opinion... Whenever I do an oil change I notice about 1/4(more or less) of a quart less when I filled it during the prior oil change... I feel that 10W is too thick for starting your car up....
