Default what spring rate should i get my ground control

hello im ordering my koni and gc set with top hats today or tomorrow. but before i order i want to know what spring rate i should get. im kinda going for the slam look but still going to DD the car and bring it to the track a few times .what would be a good spring rate. thank you

what tires will you be running? xs, ad08? star spec etc?

in the suspension forum yes but it's kind of a user specific thing. if someone is using an xs with big sway bars, wants to be a 1 finger gap...roughly, you'll use a 500/450 rate. if someone wants to autocross the same car they would use 500/500 or 450/500.

by autocross i don't mean once a year, i mean that's the priority setup

if you use a harder tire like the s drive rates come down since you won't have the kind of feedback you want with higher rates

will i have some volks te 37 wrapped with Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec tires size 205 50 16S

tire is too tall, it's going to rub. 245 45 16 is the largest tire you want to use. best bang for your buck is 205 50 15
