Progress vs ST rear anti-sway...

Who has used either manufacturer? Im leaning towards the progress b/c ive never really liked ST stuff, seems kinda cheap to me. I mainly use the car for autox, and possible ITA future use. ITA guys have suggested stock front with Progress rear and some insane spring rates. Any help is appreciated as always.

i know of a guy who got a suspension techniques rear bar and it didn't fit right. but it could have been his exhaust was mounted wrong that was causing the interference.
Not 100% sure...but I think the Progress is non-adjustable compare to the ST one.

The ST interferes with the thermal exhaust but I got it anyways since it's adjustable. I figure I can find a way to stop them from interfering, but I need the adjustable one.
I have the STs on my 97 EK...the front one is 26mm and the rear is 19. The quality is top notch (no problem with OEM stuff fitting properly), but the instructions were so bad they must've been written by a 9 year old. Since the front already had a bar, installing the fatter ST one was an easy swap-in process, but the rear one took longer. After jacking the car, the shocks are removed and bolted in backwards so that the welded bolt on the bottom C-joints on the shocks are facing the other way so that a bracket can be added. This doesn't affect performance in any way. The other step is to drill holes (top and bottom) for the brackets on the subframe (There are already swaybar holes on the EK, but they are too close together for the 3/4" bar). Instead of actually drilling FOUR new holes, I just winged-it and enlarged the bottom stock holes so that I only had to drill the top holes. The end result is that my bar was mounted about 1/2" lower on the subframe, which doesn't affect anything.
I haven't had any problems with the bars through 70k miles of use
. The polyurethane bushings squeak over bumps
, but that's a problem with all poly bushings.
Another thing you want to consider is the potential for oversteer with heavy rear spring rates and/or a large rear bar. If you use a thick bar and you're driving in the rain, your ability to use the brakes or turn in an emergency will be severely compromized cuz your back end will be very tailhappy.
Here's my take: I'd rather have a fatter rear sway bar (22mm would be nice) for regular driving, but in an emergency, I'd much rather have the 19mm bar that I have now.

Just another viewpoint. My CRX Si now sports an ADDCO rear 19mm bar and the stock one up front. Thinking of old companies-ADDCO has been around since the early '60s. THe fit for the CRX required us to drill a new hole in the stock mounting bracket for the larger bushing retainer. I can also see that the clearance to the stock exhaust is fairly tight, but does not interfere. As to spring rates, my car is set up with Skunk2 sleeves and eibach ERS 400f/500r. This will definitely (I agree) make the rear rotate differently than it would if one puts the higher rate up front.
I do have ST bars on the Civic and they are very well engineered and perform fine on a HB. I might add that ST did NOT supply an adjustable bar nor does ADDCO for any of my cars.

Do you guys notice a difference with a bigger sway bar? I can see how you could when i noticed how skimpy my Si has. but how much are they and where can i find one?

I've had both. The ST bar is much more effective. The Progress bar requires drilling holes, while the ST bar bolts up. My CRX is mainly used for track events and the ST bar in the middle setting works very well.

whats the stock 90-93 integra rear sway bar thickness??? im gonna atempt to put one on my std in the next week
