Default Which resistor to slow down blinkers? And thermostat question

Hi guys,

The old owner put in LED bulbs in the turn signals in my car, and now they blink fast.. I heard you need a resistor of some sort, but I'm not really good with lighting.. What kind would I need to buy and where? I can provide info of what's in the car just let me know what's needed.

Also, the car has a K20Z1 swap, and it has the stock thermostat. I think the one from the rsx type S (the car which the motor is from) is different. Should I be running the rsx type S thermostat? I found the car doesn't blow quite hot air in the winter when it's cold and it's just idling.. it shows as normal temp on the guage but maybe it's running just cooler? Does that make sense? In the summer there are no issues, but should I throw the type s t-stat in there?

Thanks. It's an 03 Ep3. I just got an Apexi WS2 for it and I love it! I'll post some pics in a couple weeks after I detail it and clean the recaros and carpet.

You can buy resistors made for just this situation on eBay. Just search for something like 'LED resistor'....if I remember they are $5 or so each. I have used them on 3 cars with great results
