So ive been using the crx diagram from honda tech but i dont have a cel and my e brake light does not work. Im just wondering of anyone else had this problem

 

E brake light bulb was missing but i noticed that my oil light does not cut on neither does my check engine light. I tried working bulbs and still nothing even used a voltage meter and they get 12v. these lights are right next to each other. Someone has to know something
